  • I believe she means do this for 60 times. Maybe different for her video.

    Set = an activity that you do X amount of times before you stop for a break.

    rep = an amount of how many times you repeat something in that activity.

    So basically 5 x 10 on biceps would mean you would lift a dumbbell 10 times and then have a break of 30 seconds or 1 min, then you would lift it again 10 times and that would be your 2nd set.
