New PVC Racks!

These have been a long time coming now we started the process to build them about 2 months ago and had some difficulties along the way. But we are very happy with the outcome!

How much did the material cost per sheet? Those are very nice? How are you heating them?

@ulosefish It cost's $100 for a 4 X 10 Sheet IF you buy more then 20 sheets. I believe it's either $125 or $150 a sheet if you buy less then 20. It's heated with belly heat, it's all routered in on the bottom.

were those  racks purchased or did u buy the materials raw?....

@1417mdiaz We bought 4 x 10 sheets of 12mm PVC and had them cut to size then routered and we put it all together, did all the wiring, glued the heat tape ect. So we bought the material raw.
