Amanda (Amanda Keller) and Keith (Ian Turpie) are ordered to find management trainees in the inept and bludging staff of the Hashfield depot. Mario (Paul Fenech), Doreen (Maret Archer), Leanne (Kirsty Lee Allen), Elle (Elle Dawe), Abdul (Ashur Shimon), David (David Cooper) and Oliver (Oliver Miletic) are chosen.
After a car accident, obesity issues and a general lack of IQ it is decided that they all fail and the management trainers are offered a job instead.
