oh.... I see I'm a bit late... liquids and soft foods only, Tylenol or ibuprofen, cold drinks. The best healer is time, and by now, six days after the fact you know doubt feel better.

The ones that have different colors have different brackets... the colors are little elastics that go on after the wires to hold them on. The ones I have "Damon self-ligating" do close over the wires by themselves. These are nice as they are a lower profile (meaning they don't stick out as far into your lips!)... so they are supposed to be more comfortable, though also less colorful.

so how do they change the color? i see people with diff colors everytime they get tightend my niece had diff colors too

No... not for this, in the past (and I men years ago) I had one extracted ...but that is all that showed up for me, no further wisdoms.... (so I'm not so wise??!)
