Because the Watchtower said so

Why do Jehovah's Witnesses believe in the WT's interpretation of scriptures? Is it because of historical and Biblical research, or because they have to believe it?

Antijehovahswitness suggested I use a mic for my videos so here is my first(Jehovah's Witness based) video to use a mic. I also included quotes from WT publications that go along with what I'm speaking of, but are not actually referred to in my narrative. So in effect using a mic allowed me to fit more info into the 10 minutes allotted. I hope that does not make it confusing.

You hear his voice? For real? They make medication to help people that hear voices you know.

Also, did you know people of all different religions and denominations also hear the voice of their God or gods? Are they all lying? Or are they all mislead? How do I know it's them and not you? How do I know the Hindu that hears his god isn't the one telling the truth?

This means that they do interpret the scriptures! even though God says through his Prophets "no man can interpret!" If they set there doctrines as something punishable if you prove them wrong, then they have made that doctrine law. Which makes Jesus words more meaningful when he says, "they will expelled and kill you from the congregations and they will think they are doing a sacred thing. I tell you this so you won't be discouraged. When they do this their hour will have arrived." John 16:1,2

I know your comment was from 4 months ago but I have just Got to make a comment about acoolwitness's comment to you. He said "study the bible with us and THEN you would be able to comment from knowledge"...That would imply that they actually STUDY the BIBLE with you, which they don't...They study their publications with you and use some scriptures here and there to "support" their beliefs..and they like to give you their bible too!!! LOL

Well siad. They reject the written WORD of God even if they see it in black and white. They blindly go by what the Watchtower says. Currently, I am witnessing to some of the JWs. It is sad.
