Snippets of Queen Salote College performing at the Royal Luncheon for His Majesty King George Tupou V. Also shown in this clip are Crown Prince Naruhito of Japan and Princess Sirinhorn of the Kingdom of Thailand.

The Ma'ulu'ulu's lyrics performed here, were composed by Her Late Majesty Queen Salote Tupou III, which the Queen revised from time to time, with the music and choreography by the late Peni Tutu'ila. It was performed by the Queen Salote College students for Her Majesty prior to her departure on her last visit to New Zealand in 1965.

It has hitherto been performed at the Coronation of His Late Majesty King Taufa'ahau Tupou IV in 1967 and other occasions of national celebration such as the 70th birthday of Her Majesty Queen Halaevalu Mata'aho and the 30th Pacific Islands Forum in 2007.

The vahenga is the Hon. Salote Maumautaimi Haim Hadessah Be Yardena Alainuanua Tuku'aho.

Enjoy, and excuse some of the footage as my camera decided to die after the beginning...Hehehe.. Peace...

'Tua ofa atu.
