  • A month ago I couldent do over 20 phsh ups now I can do 43

  • clapping pushups are way harder

  • your suppose to go down to where your stomach touches the ground for the best results.. i do clapping pushups

  • @slerbo Stomach muscles get used during push-ups too. You get sore when you start exercising muscles you rarely use, so it's normal for your stomach muscles to become sore too. It should go away in a few days.

  • this is a great vid! Def helped! I had no idea I was doing the right kind of pushu-up. I did mistake #1 with the elbows outward. >.>
