I realize I sound really wishy-washy with this. But I really am determined to do this.

Some things I meant to mention but didn't get to say (or got cut out in the final cut due to time constraints):

I already am working out regularly. This isn't something new. The goal is to go from working out a few days a week to all seven, and make it last 30 days, and see what the result is.

On that same note, I'm already trying to eat well. Don't be too fooled by the no restrictions on food rule. I am already trying to eat well and eating leafy greens and fruits and vegetables. What I really meant was that I'm not going to make myself feel bad for eating a cookie if I really want one. It's all about balance. You CAN have your cake and eat it too, just not all at once.

I probably won't be doing pictures for you guys either. Sorry. I'm kinda self conscious about my body still at this point so I won't be tracking through pictures things like my waistline.

I have no weight loss goal. This is a trial thing for fun and for health. And also a means to interact with you all. Maybe you have similar stories or ideas or suggestions.

I'll be explaining more in upcoming videos, so no worries if you're confused about anything. Or, you could feel free to ask! Videos probably not everyday, but a few times a week hopefully.

  • Good luck getting through that. It's hard to keep up with exercising when there's so much other fun stuff to be doing. At least for me.

  • @darkchiron Thanks so much. It'll be difficult, but I'm doing exercise 3-5 times a week anyway. So its just adding those rest of the days in. And using one particular fitness game instead of picking and choosing from the 3 I have.
