Losing weight is all about what you put in your body, but that does not mean you have to eat like a run way model.
Everyone's fintess goal are different. If you want to look like a bodybuilder you must eat like one. If you want to look like a runway model you must eat like you, but if you just want to slim down and hit a goal weight, all you need to do is eat LESS and Cleaner. You do NOT have to give up your favorite food to do it. Weight Watchers is in the business to MAKE MONEY! They make you eatTHEIR foods to lose weight and yes, if you do stay on their Patented Food products you WILL reach your goal, but what happens when you stop buying their Patented foods and resume regular food consumption? and this is all based on you being able to STAY on their diet

Looking forward to your video on the supplements you use to help you feel full. I definitely have an issue with craving sugar even after I eat but I realize Im a little insulin resistant and I need to correct that pronto bc fat is not sexy and I dont want to gain weight.

@Lennon4ever1 Animal fat is not nearly as bad as people put out. 90% of your brain is fat. So, don't cut it out entirely.

Sounds like good advice. I think I'm going to cut down gradually on portions, and do away with the really high fat foods for good.

@SimplyGoodFitness Remember, my videos are for those who have a hard time saying NO to food. If we could say no, we wouldn't be so over weight in the first place. How do a person just let themselves get to 400 lbs?!?! It lack of will power. So, I give them a good way of satisfying their cravings and still lose weight.

@SimplyGoodFitness Here is a good guideline that I didn't put in the video because I don't like counting calories but it may help others. Find out how many calories you burn at rest then multiply that by 10% and what ever that number is that is how many calorie you can spend on foods that are not good for you. The rest should be spent on clean eating like chicken rice veggies etc.
Its a 90- 10 split and this will help you manage your weight while enjoying your favorite foods

@SimplyGoodFitness They do this because the body burns calories when breaking down foods. The body also feels its safe to use "Stored Energy aka Fat Cells" to compensate for the extra energy requirement because it thinks that food is plentiful and in 2 more hrs or so it will get more.
However, if a person starves themselves all week and then binge on Saturday, the body is going to convert as much of that food into fat as possible because it thinks it in a famine.

@Lennon4ever1 Wrong. That once a week way of eating is causing more harm then you think. If you go all week without eating what you want when you DO get it you might go over board. The body can handle a lot, but if you over whelm your body on one single day it will completely undermine your entire week of clean eating.
This method allows your body to handle less at once and at the same time give you the ability to have what you are craving. bodybuilders eat 7ral times a day small portions.

So are you saying that you can still eat some of the foods you want, but in smaller portions? I think if it's food like fried chicken or donuts, thry'd better be tiny portions and seldom..like once a week. Right??
