颱風巨爵的紅外線衛星圖像 Infrared satellite pictures of Typhoon Koppu

本片為香港天文台於9月13日至15日接收自日本氣象廳的MTSAT-1R衛星圖像，可見熱帶低氣壓巨爵於2009年9月13日進入南海後，大致向西北偏西移動，逐漸靠近­廣東海岸。巨爵在9月14日下午增強為颱風，在香港西南掠過。於9月15日早上，巨爵在廣東西部登陸，然後進入內陸及逐漸消散。

This video shows the Multi-functional Transport Satellite-1R (MTSAT-1R) imageries of Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) received by the Hong Kong Observatory from 13 to 15 September. It can be seen that Tropical Depression Koppu entered the South China Sea on 13 September 2009 and moved generally west-northwestwards, edging towards the coast of Guangdong gradually. Koppu intensified into a typhoon on the afternoon of 14 September and passed to the southwest of Hong Kong. It made landfall at over western Guangdong on the morning of 15 September. Koppu moved inland thereafter and dissipated gradually.
