Not too bad! I'm guessing Navita is Kaitlin? Anyway not too bad. I was slightly confused what you were going for when you first had reverse scarfhold instead of just going to mount. Also nice hip flexability on those mounted armbars but when you don't get out to the side it makes them a little wild. Don't cross your feet on armbars bro!

lol crossing the legs is ok if you're holding the person in place.. she was rolling to much to uncross them... but i was squeezing my knees the whole time!
i was going for a rolling omoplata, but i didn't get high enough...
