@QuangSpeedosVu Agreed, their's better fitted machines for this exercise though I must say aside from Martial arts there would be no other reason aside from the very passion of why they should do this exercise.

It is very interesting to see how you work out. Your exercises are unorthodox. Yes there is risk, but sometimes risky new experiments add new information to the world. Thank you for uploading, it is at least thought provoking.

be careful with this exercise u can get injured if ur not worm up properly or use too much weight,u can fcuk ur sholder up realy bad,this dude is juiced up or just crazy 4 me looks like both:)
