How do you stop eating Honey Nut Cheerios? Easy. Just don't eat it. I tried it once and it was one of the most unpleasant-tasting cereals I've ever tried. Tied, I'd say, Kashi GoLean, which was like eating a bowl of twigs. And eating before you go to bed an expecting to lose weight is ridiculous. That guy just wanted an excuse to talk to Jillian.
