-2 Cloves of Garlic
-2 tbsp of Yoshida Marinade
-1/4 cup or 2 stems of Green Onions
-1 tsp of Sesame Oil
-1/4 cup of Wine
-4 Slices of Ginger About 1/4 Inch Thick

-Clean the meat.
-Blend all ingredients for marinade together.
-Pour over meat and marinade for 30 minutes or overnight.
-Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side.
-Serve with rice and side dishes.

  • Hi there,

Thank you for watching Korean Cuisine~

You can use any kind of wine or cooking wine too.

If you don't have yoshida sauce then, just use soy sauce and brown sugar to marinade the meat.

    Have a nice day:)

  • Hello there,

Yes,You can cook it inside on a stove with just a frying pan. I hope you are enjoying this recipe.

    Have a great week:)

  • You don't need the wine to make the recipe. The secret is adding coke or sprite in place of the wine.
