Leah -- [gets out] thanks for today Nick [kisses him] ill see you later [goes into her house]
Amie -- [looks at her weird] what happened to you? Your all wet
Leah -- i went for a swim
Amie -- in your clothes?
Leah -- yeah
Amie -- you are so weird
Leah -- whatever Amie [goes up to her room, lays back on her bed, gets a text]
Text -- happy birthday baby, i love you xo Nick
Leah -- [smiles, falls asleep]
WITH NICK
Nick -- [walks into the house]
Kevin -- where were you all day
Nick -- just hanging out
Kevin -- with...
Nick -- someone
Kevin -- you are so weird sometimes
Nick -- wheres Joe
Kevin -- making out with Addi
Nick -- making out? I didnt even know they made up
Kevin -- well i guess they did
Nick -- so are they together?
Kevin -- i have no idea
Nick -- they should be, they make the perfect couple
Kevin -- maybe
Nick -- just like you and Dani
Kevin -- Dani and i are just friends
Nick -- did she say that? or did you?
Kevin -- she did
Nick -- well that makes sense [goes upstairs]
Kevin -- what? Nick what are you talking about?...NICK!
WITH JOE AND ADDI
Joe -- [on his bed, making out with Addi]
Addi -- [pulls away] i should get home
Joe -- just spend the night [kisses Addi again]
Addi -- [pulls away] i would love to Joe but i have to wake up early tmrw
Joe -- fine
Addi -- ill see you tmrw..and well talk, kay?
Joe -- talk?
Addi -- yeah, see you tmrw [kisses him, goes home]
Nick -- [comes in] so how did it go?
Joe -- were going to talk..
Nick -- good
Joe -- no not good!
Nick -- what?
Joe -- i dont want to talk
Nick -- this is another reason that your relationships never work
Joe -- what?
Nick -- Joe its not just about the physical stuff!
Joe -- how would you know? You dont even have a girlfriend
Nick -- whatever Joe, but you need to talk to Addi [goes to his room]
Joe -- fine ill talk to her! But if this messes up our friendship its all your fault Nick!
Nick -- [calls from his room] whatever you say Joe!
A COUPLE DAYS LATER
Nick -- [looking thru old year books]
Frankie -- isnt that boring?
Nick -- not really
Frankie -- all these people look funny
Nick -- yeah they kinda do
Frankie -- hey theres mom [points to a picture]
Nick -- shes with Leahs dad again. I wonder if they were together
Frankie -- they cant be together mom and dad are together
Joe -- [comes in] mom and dad are also in Hawaii..mom just called
Nick -- they are there together?
Joe -- yeah
Frankie -- when do they get back?
Joe -- mom said they would be back before xmas
Frankie -- good..how many more days is that
Joe -- about 2 weeks
Frankie -- thats a long time [goes upstairs]
Nick -- [keeps looking at the year books]
Joe -- you know Kevin doesnt like you looking at those
Nick -- i know, but i can look at them if i want to
Joe -- well why do you want to?
Nick -- because i want to know what happened with Leahs mom and our mom
Joe -- why?
Nick -- i donno, i just do
Joe -- but you dont even talk to Leah anymore
Nick -- i know i just---- nevermind
LATER
Nick -- [sitting on the couch]
Kevin -- Addi and Dani are coming for dinner tonight
Nick -- cool, what are we having?
Kevin -- probably just pizza
Nick -- whats so great about that?
Kevin -- i dont have to cook
Nick -- true..wheres Joe?
Kevin -- i donno
Nick -- did he tell you about mom and dad?
Kevin -- yeah, its good theyre together
Nick -- hopefully they will work things out
Kevin -- yeah, im sure they will
Joe -- [comes in] Nick your on the cover of a magazine
Nick -- what else is new? Were always on the cover of magazines
Joe -- not us, you! [gives him the magazine]
Nick -- [looks at the magazine, the picture is of him and Leah making out in the pool]
