@banstaman Actually the 2.8 is not a GDI engine, its based off the LP1 which is regular mpi. The only HF (high feature) V6's that are DI based is the 3.6 (LLT) and 3.0 (LF1). GM is working on a LF3, which will be a twin turbo based 3.0 GDI

Why did he hit it with a golf club? And they are NOT going to offer a 3.6 liter V6, but instead copying Ford's EcoBoost, with a 2.8 GDI and Turbo.
