  • My favorite line:

"So you are not from campus police?"

    "No."

"And you are not from the court"

    "No."

    "Then who are you?"

    "Kalinda."

  • She's such a stunningly beautiful British-Indian woman.

  • @trent8002003 Or maybe she was just pleased for her!

Just started watching The Good Wife and I'm glad she won. Richly deserved!

  • Baranski tried too hard to look happy for Punjabi. She forgot since she was one of the nominees, any overjoyed look for the winner would look kinda fake.

  • @dimransee I love this. You're completely right!

  • @kingofallwhites you're embarrassing, wow.

  • @dimransee You need to talk to someone.

  • @kingofallwhites kalinda definitely is. there are so few roles for women of colour in itself and for her to be playing a totally non-stereotypical role is definitely a positive thing. so many people of colour and women (and the double minorities in the overlap) are only offered roles where their gender/race IS the char's personality.

  • @dimransee You need to get out more. Positive portrayals of women and women of colour? You call Kalinda a great example of that? The writing is weak, the plot lines are narrowly encapsulated into one episode when they are interesting and dragged out for years when they are not. Too many bad tv actors in this too.

  • @kingofallwhites wut. the good wife is better than 99% of the rest of the shit on tv. it has positive portrayals of women, women of colour and gender + solid storylines and acting.

  • Awwwwwwwh!

She's changed so much, i only watched her in East is East and Bend it Like Beckham, she had such a chav accent! Now she's posh!

  • @kj21887 That is my absolute favorite line from Kalinda.
