@dirtybannana723 most feared army my ass

@dirtybannana723 in the early 19th century:
1- napoleon's grande armée
2- russian army
3- austrian army
4- prussian army
5- british army
this is the TRUE list of strenghts in that period(early 19th century). the only changes were an improvement of the prussian/german army in that late century, the british were never "the most feared" army. best navy no doubt, but lousy army...

British soldiers are still using the bayonet to this very day in Afganistan , what else have you got when your mag is empty?
God bless the western soldiers of Democracy.

"They wanted to prove they weren't pussys.."
No they fought that way because that's how you had to with the era's technology. You would have obviously be one of those pricks who sit on their ass while people at the front die in the thousands. Tell your quote to a modern veterans and see who the pussy is after the beatdown.

@dirtybannana723 actually, until 1815,the French were the most feared army in the world,at the time of bayonets. Also...the French Old Guard was the most feared army group at that time. The British had the most feared navy however.

shut up kid
@DeanoOwnb or maybe it was that airplanes hadn't actually been invented in the nineteenth century?

@DeanoOwnb no idiot in those days to win the battle was to push the enemy off the field not kill them. so the british use that tactic efficiently and effectively. they did need to prove anything because AT THE TIME they were the most feared army in the world
