That document was released because the people keeping it secret lost a lawsuit. It's proof that the people in power never told the truth to the people who pay their salaries and never will. The military industrial government is evil and has no intent to do anything good for the citizens of the USA. @WyldOrbit It is possible. Our technology, even if it is primitive, it is an unknown to them. It is possible that radar data and codes caused badfunction to their systems. It's like a virus or something like that. Or like taking a common decease to an unonexplored place. For other things, even our atmosphere could be toxic to them, we don't have to think that if they can travel around the galaxy, means that they are not in danger interacting with different technology and enviroment.
