rng = how the computer selects whever it crits or not and of other things like mace stun bla bla

when people are referring to rng they usually talk about thing like mace stuns, blackout procs and such, crits are not really random when you have 30% chance, and also how big the crit is has nothing to do with rng, its based on spellpower/atk power or whatever
