Super Metroid Affliction: The Hammer

A video of a boss I programmed in a now discontinued Super Metroid hack. You can't see it in the video, but the boss is hit only when Samus shoots between the grey shields into the core. I probably won't be working on this anymore, but I figured you'd enjoy this.

The design shares some similarities with Spore Spawn, but as I said already, I designed and coded the thing from scratch.

maybe,just maybe you should seal the door while fighting,because it would be pretty pointless,if you wouldn't.You could get out whenever you want if you are about to die.

But it's another experience to fight the hammer,it's not like spore spawn at all.

You have to admit,custom bosses in SM are awesome,it's like in Brutal Mario. :D

I like it. I my dreams I see Super Metroid remake with litlle better graphics and same musics. only with better clarity and some more instruments. I want to do that but well I only can do this musics :D FAKKIT

@jman2050 It needs turrets, and the shields need to spin around the core slowly throughout the whole battle.

You should release this code to the public. And atleast let somebody put this in their hack. Just make sure you get credit for doing it.
