You are about to go back over 200 years to move to Sullivan, the most splendid city in the Far West.
It was in 1803 when Lucy Callaghan found the gold deposit near the Gold River. Over time, what began as a settlement around a mine, became a thriving city that today welcomes visitors to the greater glory of the Far West.
Sullivan can be found in the glory of the great buildings such as City Hall, the imposing Opera House, or the majestic Lucy's Mansion and at the same time, the primitive cabins Bungallows Miners River, the old railway station Old Station or even a cemetery where the most illustrious personalities receive tribute.
In total, 502 rooms of all types for its visitors, 4 swimming pools (1 of them privately to Lucy's Mansion), 4 restaurants, 3 bars, 1 store, 1 and a mini club for children.

The story of Lucy Callaghan
With the sunrise of a day in 1803, Callaghan began a family trip to Santa Fe but the fate of Lucy, the little family had planned a different purpose for them. Half way he met some glittering stones along Gold River: he had discovered a gold deposit!
The Callaghan settled in the area and three years later founded the settlement Sullivan. The richness of the place soon attracted other gold seekers and intrepid with thirst for wealth. And little by little, the fledgling town became a prosperous city whose Victorian splendor illuminated the old Far West.
Today, the Sullivan is still a hospital stay for the adventurous who visit the area.

Con la salida del sol de un día cualquiera de 1803, la familia Callaghan emprendió un viaje hacia Santa Fe. Pero el destino de Lucy, la pequeña de la familia, tenía previsto un final distinto para ellos. A mitad del camino se encontró con unas piedras relucientes junto a Gold River: ¡había descubierto un yacimiento de oro!
Los Callaghan se instalaron en la zona y tres años más tarde fundaron el asentamiento Sullivan. La riqueza del lugar atrajo muy pronto a otros buscadores de oro e intrépidos con sed de fortuna. Y poco a poco, el incipiente poblado se fue convirtiendo en una próspera ciudad victoriana cuyo esplendor iluminó el viejo Far West.
A día de hoy, la hospitalaria Sullivan sigue siendo una estancia perfecta para los aventureros que visitan la zona.

Just got back from a 2 week stay in that hotel. WOULD NEVER EVER GO BACK. 40 min walk to Salou. Self catering room with no place to put groceries. The "mini-market" is under stocked, so you have to go into Salou to get groceries. The mini-disco for the kids at night is the same WORD FOR WORD every single night. The general entertainment after the mini-disco has finished also very repeatative. Even the pool mood music (country music) has the same CD playing on a loop. DONT GO THERE.
