  • how long do you perform each drill?

  • Average is 10-12 seconds. It varies for each athlete depending on their individual characteristics. This is why the IAA Systems includes an Athlete Development Questionnaire which personalizes each training program for the athlete.   • @99dannyjames Same here. people tell me im great on the ball. my touch and my pass but im not fast at all. im the slowest on my travel team and i still manage to be on the starting eleven.
