@99dannyjames Same here. people tell me im great on the ball. my touch and my pass but im not fast at all. im the slowest on my travel team and i still manage to be on the starting eleven.

how long do you perform each drill?

Average is 10-12 seconds. It varies for each athlete depending on their individual characteristics. This is why the IAA Systems includes an Athlete Development Questionnaire which personalizes each training program for the athlete. Check our website in January when we will launch our Virtual Sports Performance System.
