I agree with Keioffice kinda. The Swallow Swipe is very Important for Ukyo players, although he did kinda spam it. Who do you play as?

ukyo wasn't cheap, kyoshiro was cheap especially after ss2; range, speed power... even a beginner who didn't know his special moves could make him formidable

WanFu was my favorite character in SS1. What he lacked in speed he more than made up for in power and reach, plus some surprise tricks up his sleeve.

@phoenixicarus Wan-Fu was in 2, but didn't appear again until 6 (much like Gen-An and Sieger).

@florin84p You can get it for the Wii on the virtual console or buy Samurai Shodown Anthology, which contains the entire series, for PS2 or Wii. Or you can just emulate it.
