I'm not a conservative, i don't even associate myself with being a conservative politically. the truth is he could have avoided the death of this women but he choose not to do so. i don't have a problem if it really was an accident and he did all he could to have prevented the death, but he got negligent and just walked away. it was niece talking to you though
