FLL World Festival 2010 (Smart Moves) - 400 Points - Vector 67 Second Place Robot Performance

Team Vector 67 placed 2nd in Robot Performance at the FLL World Festival in Atlanta on April 14-17, 2010. Vector 67 started off with two perfect runs of 400 in the practice rounds. After the three competitive rounds were completed, Vector 67 was tied with two other teams with three perfect scores of 400. A fourth competitive round was then used as a playoff to break the tie. After the playoff run, Vector 67 came in second with a score of 365. The first place team "Mov(i)e Stars" from Germany had another perfect run of 400. The third place team "Get Smart" from Arizona had a run of 365, which took slightly longer to complete as compared to Vector 67. Vector 67 attended the FLL World Festival representing all of Virginia and Washington DC. In December 2009, they won the First Place Overall Champion's Award for the Virginia/DC Championship Tournament held at James Madison University. Through their demonstration of Core Values such as "Gracious Professionalism" during the season, Vector 67 was invited to attend the 2010 FLL World Festival through their selection as an FLL Core Values Ambassador Team.

@ichzunddinilanda Time did not come into play unless there was a tiebreaker after the three competitive rounds.
