I like the question about empahsis on growth. A lot of people seem to feel that Dubai is like a mideast Las Vegas, however Dubai has placed substantial investment into education, business infrastructure, a bid for a mideast market center, technological research, and others. This development is newer and as of now less visible, however it is very much a part of Dubai's development. Sure the tourism and commodiites is the most established part of Dubai's growth plans, but it is not the sole option

firstly i am not from th uae i am from qatar and yes we have bases in the gulf but at least we are independent unlike your country whose sole reason of existence was that in the sykes picot agreement they wanted to seperate the asian arabs from the african arabs so you say we are pigs but your sole reason of existence is to watch the arabs for the americans
