To think...about 70 years ago they were able to pluck bright young kids straight out of college, who were perfectly willing to kill themselves to defend their country.. Look at Japan now.. the world has changed so much

@sm0keshell Thanks for the "idiot" comment. I apologise for mis-understanding your comments. I stand corrected. Have a good day.....

I remember a WWII war veteran once said, War is forces you to kill someone that you don't even know and it is something that you have to do because either you are going to kill him or he is going to kill him. Indeed war is a horrible thing.

@jagerfaust2009 Yeah I know you idiot..

@sm0keshell Just for the record, these men (I use that word advisedly) were NOT war criminals and the film was NOT made by Americans. You may need to do some research......

Well said, man.

Epic music at 5:26 onwards

I find it funny how Americans turn war criminals into heroes, its just unbelieveable... I really hope China buys up your damn country, it would be better for all of us...

@alpinorico That's because those sheetheads use misguided tactics and motives. :) No bravery involved. They only want to kill. These pilots, however, were fighting for the survival of their people and loved ones at home. Big, big differences in ideology and motives.
BRAVE young Japanese men, flying into the teeth of the US Navy! Much better than the shetheads I saw in Iraq driving carbombs into crowded marketplaces & mosques of their own people.

One day I will travel to Japan to visit your war memorial.
For me the japanese planes are the prettiest in shape.
Greetings from German Luftwaffe
