Where can you change the performance settings? Is that changeable per car, or just settings in general?

@MyGamePlace To change the performance settings you just have to go to 'free roam' or a race, then press pause and there you will find a tab called 'performance tuning'. Here you can ajust the settings of the performance parts that are installed on the car (the settings of stock parts can't be changed).
