@redpenphantom Where is your "proof"? I believe, when I stop at the right frame, that the picture looks to clean and coherent, so it is either real, a prostethis or put there by editors. Then, since it moves out of touch with the rest of the jaw it can't be part of the mouth, and so I make the judgement that it is plainly fake, fabricated.
