I actually did these excises last night before playing and I think they really did help alot. But when I woke up this morning my right hand (strumming hand) was hurting when I moved it a certain way, like it wanted to pop but it couldnt ya know? I didnt know if that was normal or not.

Excellent tips. I love your videos and tutorials. Thanks!
Good Stuff. But you may want to do another part to this video. The major causes of Carpel tunnel is the wrist position. If you raise the elbow up & set your wrist into more of a straight position, this will reduce stress greatly. Also finger tendon strength is compromised by people who attempt to bar every note. you can build stronger fingering ability by using the tips of your fingers to press down the notes. The more tip you use in a pointing fashion will greatly increase your strength.

@LendMeYourHand Thats a great post. Yea, I've been meaning to add stuff to this for some time now, as I've learnt more. I mention the tips of the fingers thing briefly in my new book. Good stuff, though, and thanks for the heads up :)

Dude, thanks for the lessons. They help me a fair bit seeing as I've never had a proper face to face lesson in my life.
