863s 873s and 864s also known as T-200s have a DEUTZ BF4M1011 Motor. I have 2 863s, an F series and a G series our old 763 C series had a KUBOTA V2203E or something like that... our S-220 has a KUBOTA in it as well. all nice machine's for there days and all still running

What a smoker? Its a Bobcat what did you expect? All the Deutz engines smoked. Excessive fuel burning under a load. Turn the machine they smoke. Lift the bucket they smoke. Look at them wrong and they smoke. The Duetz engines in the Bobcats just smoke, no matter how good of shape they are in. FYI only of course.

@AdamUhl911 Not then. The larger machines had the Oil Cooled Duetz. It Wasn't the best engine in the world.

"is he doing anything or just making a mess and wasting petrol?" Yes he is doing something.....Running a skid for demonstration purposes. Wasting petrol? Nahh this little 1:41 second was embedded into eBay and always makes our sales more profitable. We made a small little chunk on this skid steer so I don't think it was a waste of petrol.
