B) don't get that this is a 4x game...something that is turn based (there for not a rts game you morons -.-). something that has 1 game that lasts for about a week (if your good), i'm talking thousands of turns to complete total domination over the galaxy. If you're not ready for that, then don't bother to even look at the genre and stick to RTS and FPS titles, it's fast and it's fun to play. 4x is a tactical warfare and management at it's finest level, so don't bitch if you can't play it.

Some of you "newborns" A) don't know shit about 4x game development, and how hard it is to make a working engine with 10000+ AI control (Imagine your shitty arcades...lets call it FPS, with 10000+ people on screen trying to execute its own different algorithms such as aiming, ducking, climbing, watching out for other AI and things like that...NOT.GONNA.HAPPEN. Now add pretty and flashy colors for each of them. Good, now look at your computer. Frame rate = 0.000000000001 pic/sec...

@Iamthebebop well i think we both agree that if someone planned to actually pick up this kind of game and monopolize on it with proper graphics and so on it would be a insane good hit for sci fi fans.

This looks like a sad attempt to cash in on the lack of strong 4X games lately. Each one brings something good, but each one fails to deliver a full package. Unfortunately, this looks exactly the same. They choose two or three areas in which to make the game great, at the expensive of all the others. I'm tired of half-asked 4X games. :( Whoever comes up with something truly breakthrough; takes -all- the best aspects out there and combines them... they'll be the ones who win this genre.

@Furionas Eve online?!? this is a 4x RTS game, they have been available to play in various incarnations since gaming history started.
look up masters of Orions, Pax imperia... then look at the release dates of those games..
