@MrAlexSwift if it was not makarov, it would have been someone else. Shepherd was going to create a war anyway but he dident who to start with so he used makarov as bait. you lot think makarov was the enemy but shepherd was behind it all time

@Gencturk92 if Makarov died, Roach and Ghost and the task force wouldn't need to even bother him by going to his safe house to collect intel and shepard wouldn't have had a reason or chance to shoot them
