i did everything.... i got all my stuff and when i finished the looking throughthe thing... it said 12 degrees, 54 minutes north and 25 degrees, 3 minutes east.... then when i go and try to dig it doesnt let me

can someone please help with my clue i got a clue lvl 3 from aviansies than went to 50 wildy went to dark knihgts fortress in wildy now i have a clue where its 16 d 03 m north and 14 d 07 m east i know where to go even withotu the sextant watch chart and stuff but i dont know how to get to the place to dig i already know possibly saradomin wizard will appear i just need help!
