Great video. Thanks for that. I am so hurt by reading comments about celebrities getting fat, when they look like me. I worked hard to lose 75lbs, and now that I have gained 15 of it back I feel worse than I did before the weight loss. There is so much societal guilt about weight, and it must stop. Obese people should want to lose the weight for health reasons, but things that can be far worse for you and don't affect your appearance are typically overlooked or even glorified (drinking)
