I'm looking at these now because my buddy Ray just got a cool little white '79 with the round headlights, A14 1397cc 65 hp engine, 4-speed stick with STRAIGHT CUT GEARS! Dude, these cars are cool, the tranny makes it sound like a friggin rally car. AND it has a 32/36 Weber on it. Goodness, how snappy they are for 65 horse and maybe 70 foot pounds of torque! I own a 1970 PL521 minitruck with an L16. DATTOS RULE!!!

This is awesome. My Dad had a 4 speed manual 1981 Datsun 310 4 door hatchback. I learned to drive in this car. It is great that your car is in excellent condition. Drive it in good health!

I had a "gold" (light brown) version of this, same trim & model year! And mine was complete with 1980s-era bass cannons & aftermarket stereo system. Thanks for the nostalgia!!!!!
