FYI… Has anyone taken a look at the economy lately? Oil is at an all time highs which has explode the price at the gas pump, the housing market is still struggling, the banking industry is dying because of all the bad loans they made and major banks are selling for pennies on the dollar, interest rates are back at historical lows, and we have major uncertainty in the political arena.
