if you have Real Player on your PC you can download and play these but only on your PC, the format is not accepted by other freestanding CD/DVD players.

Not sure why you are having this problem. It sounds fine on my 3 computers, and the audio is also fine on the patient teaching DVD's that I generate from this. Wish I could help.
