I Have My Moments - Part 1 - CC's Scenes On GL From April 29th 2008

At Company, Frank grabs Natalia to tell her that he has tickets for them and Rafe for the Cubs game today. This seems kind of impulsive to her and she doesn't even know where Rafe is. He reminds her that he is a detective and can surely find him. They start searching around, calling and leaving messages. He offers to send squad cars after him. "What's really going on here?" she asks. Frank levels with her and shows her the newspaper article about the kid who hit Gus. He explains that the kid is appearing in court today. Frank has read the report and explains that Gus ran a stop sign and was solely at fault. She rushes away.

At Cross Creek, Olivia steps out the door and Jeffrey follows her. She wipes the cream cheese out of his beard and asks for some breakfast. He feeds her, glad that she's hungry again. Billy wanders in and has some breakfast. Jeffrey tells him to keep an eye on Olivia and leaves for work. Billy hangs around the house and Olivia tells him that he's being a nuisance. He takes out a deck of cards and asks her if she'd like to play a game of hearts.

Natalia arrives outside the courthouse and catches Jeffrey before he can go in. She tells him that she wants to say something at the hearing today. He agrees. When he's in his office, Billy comes to visit him, assuring him that Olivia is "too mean to die". Billy advises him to get Olivia out of Cross Creek before Reva comes back. Meanwhile, Natalia paces outside until Olivia appears. She tells her that causing a scene won't make things any better. Olivia wishes that she'd been told about this hearing and stalks inside.

The court inquiry begins. Natalia looks over at Olivia as she watches the proceedings. The kid takes the stand and makes his statement describing what happened. Gus flew at him from out of nowhere. He hit the breaks but he still hit him. Immediately, he called an ambulance.
