Hey Moron that is in this video is wrong. American Staffordshire Terrier is different Breed and also have different type of Standard. You are wrong. That is fact. Bull Terrier is the Original "PIT BULL". It is not the same breed. American Staffordshire terrier is cross dog they are bigger type of Breed then the Original APBT understand this.

@MasterOfAllBulldogs In the 1800s in the region of Staffordshire, crossing among the Bulldog and terriers developed the muscular, active, combative Staffordshire Bullterrier. Brought to the United States, the breed was preferred by American breeders who increased its weight and gave it a more powerful head. After dog fighting was banned in 1900, two strains of these dogs were developed, a show strain(Staffordshire Terrier) and a fighting strain (American Pit Bull Terrier).

@chh5555 I didn't like your comment, it is an ignorant assumption that they all "dangerous". People need to think where did they get the name PITBULL from us humans who wanted to fight them in the pit for our own bloodthirsty satisfaction. Today the breed is still going strong but is mistreated just as it was in the beginning. The pitbull is a courageous canine that many humans cannot handle. But raised the correct way with plenty of socialization they are the perfect family pet.
