I was 6 years old and living in L.A. We were new immigrants from South America....and I still remember my mom yelling at us to get in get in the house NO MORE PLAYING OUTSIDE in SPANISH saying there is UN LOCO out there. Decades later I finally new what she was talking about....SO SCARY FOR A KID

The shot to Parent's face is of a horizontal entry and some powder marks...an indication the gun was close to the face. The entry has to be downward unless parent leaned to the left before being shot thereby producing an angle that explains the horizontal entry wounds.. you would have to know tex's exact height in relation to parent's height sitting in that car. How much of a leaning angle would produce horizontal entry wounds to tex's height? The picture does show him leaning, is it enough?

I respect your answer as to the sun theory: However, at 8/9 am, the sun would have had to be higher in the sky to produce sun glare. Usually, sun glare requires the light source to be higher so as to produce glare. The person seeing the glare would have to be very close to the car to be hit with glare. Thing about your own experiences with sun glare at 8/9 am. check the 8/9 am sun glare theory...I'm just sayin.'

I have always said that the maid could not have missed Parent in that car. The car is in such a place that the maid would have been curious just because of were the car is...totally conspicuous and way out of place as to warrant investigation by the maid. I say this because, all of us know this is more than just odd...it runs along the lines of very suspicious. I of course looked at the Parent coroner report...why does he have 5 illegal drugs in his system? Something is wrong in this case.
