I listened to about 3 minutes of this video and I agree that negative thoughts hold a person back. And your voice is relaxing. But I don't agree that certain "things are unrealistic to attain" as you put it. I do believe that people don't always get what they want but not because they can't or because what they want is unrealistic,but because what they want isn't always what they need. It's because what people think they want isn't always what they actually want. But that's just my opinion.

im not a person who naturally enjoys or even participates in these types of "lame" therapy......

...But I really tried hard this time and zoned in with the voice.....the power of this type of therapy is truly amazing......it really is a beautiful thing to be apart of......people really need to do this at least once a week..... very impressed ..... Thank you

At first I hated the voice and only wanted to listen the JakeORhodes videos because I wanted to see if I could be hypnotised into sleeping and that was 2 weeks ago. Now I cant stop listening to it, its just sooo soooothing :D

I don't think negative emotions always hold you back, sometimes they drive you. i dont want to be rid of them necessarily, that's part of what defines a person and how passionate they are. although having said this i did find the 'waves' that came after throwing them on the fire relaxing.
