No I don't think the West is beyond historical or current criticism. I think, for example, our lack of responsibility to complement and support our liberty is reprehensible. This affliction goes from the top to the bottom of America.

This ability to criticize our culture as well as others does not lead to blind relativism. Lack of total equal pay and honor killings are not the same. And, though there are often two sides, I take mine as others take theirs. This is safe and right.

It is always astounding to me how much people on the multicultural side hate America. It never ceases to amaze me that the only thing the well fed internet typers enjoying free speech can label America as is an especially pathological crime machine.  Very consistent. Very amazing.

@NativeSupport I'm curious about your 'British empire' remark also. Could you elaborate on that (in a present day context)? All the British Commonwealth (not empire, unless you are going back to Imperialistic days) does these days is keep international ties, generate income on state visits and a few occasional moral messages from the queen. I don't see harm in that.

Something to think about also is that British rule actually quelled conflicts and maintained peace. Sierra Leone for example.

@NativeSupport ...assimilate and integrate, they segregate. They form their own subculture communities, with their own values, their own mosques, often don't learn the language, and they hang out with their own race, and hold to their own none western (and incompatible) ideologies. Contentment and resentment breeds between the natives and non natives. The natives loosing their livlihood to (often unskilled) foreign workforces is a typical example.

@NativeSupport I've been reading some of your comments. You use a lot of historical arguments. I get a tit for tat sense. You also highlight that extremist Islamic terrorism is a tiny amount. I would actually call it a small minority now if you include the hate preeching and thousands strong treasonous, Jihad inciting protests.

Multiculturalism doesn't work. At least not to the extent it is over embraced today. The problem is when you let too many of another culture in they do not assimilate

Really well said. You say what is on the minds of the majority of working to middle class westerners concerned about Islamification of europe, at least the majority of Brits feel this way now. We've been hit hard, the same thing is happening in Scandinavia now. It's so sad. No, I'm not a bigot. I just love my country.

There are too many self hating, guilt tripping natives afraid to speak out at the monster that is political correctness. When they do they are called racists.
