The RKC (Russian Kettlebell Certification) requires a man to perform 100 kettebell snatches in 5 minutes or less with a 24 kilogram kettlebell. Here I am after many weeks of training toward this goal performing the 100 snatches in less than 4 minutes. This is a great warm-up and alternative to boring hours on a treadmill or bike - not to mention MORE effective.
