Twisting is really confusing for gymnasts to learn. The cat twist is a little used technique to initiate twist when you are already in the air. Here George Hery explains the cat twist.

  • Wha? this is not a cat twist, a cat twist is a back drop full twist to back drop, this is just a pike jump half twist.
