Absolutely! It is Latin, the language of the Catholic Church before the reforms made by Vatican II. Sanctus, as a part of the Mass, is now sung in the native language of every Catholic country. In English, it is translated as "Holy Holy Holy, Lord God of Power and Might, Heaven and Earth are filled with your Glory, Hossanna in the Highest, Blessed is he who comes in the Name of the Lord, Hossanna in the Highest. Amen."
