That is wrong. The Japanese would be ashamed. But, if this is how you make matcha then I still respect that.

@onixxx1984 Our method makes it simple and easy to enjoy matcha. Our preparation is not wrong. Tthere is NO one correct way to make matcha -- and our method is easy -- it eliminates sifting -- as does using our wonderful Organic matcha. It is no wonder many people think making matcha is so difficult -- especially when you expect people to adhere to only your correct method. Our way makes a great froth too. And BTW you should NEVER boil your water as you lose valuable oxygen from your water.

@AdamYusko This is the westernized version of how to make matcha and we learned this from our matcha supplier in Japan when we were visiting. We try to make it very easy and this method eliminates sifting and makes a great cup each time.
This tea preparation is wrong, no preheating, too little matcha, and in two cycles, cold water and wrong whisking, I using circular motion, you should use linear motion while whisking, like writing BIG "W" letters fast, circular motion doesn`t bring you uniform bubbles. Preheat the bowl, put in 2 chasaku of presifted matcha, and pour boiling water from your kettle to a cold porcelain cup, pour about 80 ml to 100 ml, the cold cup should cool the water to 80 - 85C, and start whisking writing W.

I have never seen someone add one scoop with a little bit of water, add another scoop then add more water, where did you learn that? It seems almost like you are confusing Koicha and Usacha prep (Thick vs Thin Matcha).
