Assault weapons ban is a lie, total lie. An "Assault weapon" in ballistics terms is a underpowered POS, that looks nice. The only reason that they are sold so much is because they look so cool. Its unbelievable how they try to compared a AR15 with an M16, I was in combat and if I had a AR15, I would have died for sure.

Besides your other nonsense ideas on this subject, going to the 9mm does not mean you have the baddest gun on the block. Those of us who are fans of the .45acp would even suggest the 9mm is overrated. The high capacity 9mm does lend itself to the "spray and pray" form of shooting (spray the target and pray you hit something).

The so-called "assault weapons ban" did absolutely nothing to reduce crime whatsoever, since these semi-automatic rifles are used in less than 1% of all violent crime committed in this country. The only thing it did do however, is make over 50 democrats lose their house seats in congress. The reality is that Mr. Giuliani obviously did not do his homework and just simply does not understand why the US Constitution was written.
