Dan Brodie & The Grieving Widows "Take A Bullet" @ The Tote (Album Launch, Aug. 2011)

Dan Brodie put on a blistering set with his new band, The Grieving Widows to launch their new album "My Friend The Murderer". It was great to hear songs from the new album mixed in with some older Broken Arrows classics. The crowd was loving it! Top night, lots of fun.

The Grieving Widows are Dan's brother Chris Brodie on guitar & lap-steel, Dave Nicholls on drums, & Katie Harris on bass.

Dan was capably supported by the ever excellent The Bakelite Age and Wolfy & The Bat Cubs (who I missed, unfortunately).
